Ordering on the website couldn’t be simpler. Unfortunately had to rearrange delivery time, not a problem. The order arrived, delivered by a very polite and cheerful young lady. The display had my wife lost for words, it was so fresh beautifully presented and a very unusual design, the florist should be proud of herself. Would I use and recommend this florist, most definitely.

I liked that they contacted me and let me know that they did not have all the flowers to make what I ordered BUT they would substitute and it would be as lovely. This was ordered late in the day and still delivered same day so they came through. Arrangement was for my Aunt and she sent pictures, beautiful arrangement and well worth it. I will order from them again.

I'm living in the U.S. and needed flowers sent to an AWESOME mom for Mothers day in Inverurie. Obviously I couldn't call and ask any questions and because of the short notice I was worried the flowers wouldn't arrive by Mothers day and because of the storm coming in. The very next day the flowers were delivered. I was blown away! That doesn't happen here in the U.S. More importantly, mom was very happy and made her entire mothers day weekend. I will be submitting an order for her birthday and other special occasions. The flowers looked great. I have no complaints

I told them on at least two separate occasions to give up and go home as we were completely snowed in for Valentines Day - but they did not give up. They did not give in. My order was late on being placed, the shop called and explained that the driver had already left for the daily deliveries and asked if delivery could be next day, after explaining the circumstances, they called the driver to return to the shop and collect my order for same-day delivery. Brilliant service as always! Typically I forgot to order flowers for Mother's Day until the very last minute (despite remembering to send a card during the week!) and when I went online yesterday to book them, the earliest available delivery date online was Monday, so I resigned myself to the fact I was a bad daughter this year. But Dolce Vita delivered my flowers today anyway - and this is not the first time this has happened where I've forgotten until the very last minute the night before and they've still squeezed me in on the day. Really quick deliveryThe picture online showed a lovely box full of tropical flowers and foliage which cost £65 we paid £60 and there was a big difference between what was received and the picture online. We have used Dolce Vita previously and they cost less but looked more value for money but don't get me wrong the flowers were lovely, but when you pay that amount you expect it too look similar to the online photos.

Almost had a bit of a disaster with the delivery but thankfully no harm done. When I placed the order I'd asked if the flowers could be left round the side/back of the house as I knew nobody would be home to receive them. And if there were any issues with that then I'd asked to be contacted so I could arrange for collection instead. However, the flowers were left with my neighbour who then wasn't home when I went to collect them. Thankfully my neighbour came home before my wife did and I was able to retrieve her Valentine's Day flowers in good time and not end up in the dog house! Most importantly though, the flowers were beautiful and my wife loved them! This was my first time ordering from Dolce Vita and would definitely use again. But next time I'll make sure someone will be home to receive the order!Flowers were stunning and seem to be surviving well so far (5 days after delivery). They were a gift for my wife and she loves them.

I&rsquo;ve used dolce vita many times and always been delighted with the flowers, the flowers that were delivered were lovely, but not what I asked for. I requested Christmas type flowers and no carnations, the flowers are yellow, purple and a few red but not Christmasy and there are carnations. Mum hates carnations!!! Can&rsquo;t fault the quality of them, but just a little disappointed they weren&rsquo;t more festive.
